Free Platinum status at Accor hotels including Sofitel, Pullman
UPDATE | We hope you got in quick – as of late Monday evening, January 14th, Accor's 'instant Platinum' promotion has been pulled.
PREVIOUS | Accor is once again offering free Platinum status in its Le Club (formerly A|Club) loyalty program, which serves up premium perks at a wide range of hotels including Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Mercure and Novotel.
The deal now running is the same as we last saw in November 2012 – an 'instant Platinum' promotion lets you leap from a no-status zero to a Platinum hero with just a few clicks of your mouse.
But you'll need to create a new account Le Club account to take advantage of this offer – and as with previous promotions, we suggest you move fast before this one disappears!

You'd usually need to notch up over 60 nights in an Accor property to enjoy Platinum status in Le Club. And even if you're not a regular at any of the Accor hotels, it doesn't hurt to add that slip of Platinum plastic to your travel wallet.
Some of the perks include double Le Club points for each stay, a room upgrade and 4pm checkout (subject to availability and on request), a complimentary drink and 'welcome gift' at selected hotels in the Accor group, and the ability to waltz straight up to the hotel's priority check-in desk so you can get to your room sooner.
