Qantas partner Fiji Airways will launch non-stop flights between Adelaide and Nadi (Fiji) from 30 June 2017.

Using a Boeing 737 aircraft, passengers can stretch out in one of eight reclining business class seats…… with those in the second row offering considerably more legroom than those ahead, due to the position of the bulkhead wall in the first row:Running twice-weekly in each direction, flight FJ960 will depart Adelaide at 10pm on Mondays and Fridays, reaching Nadi at 5:35am the following morning.

On the return, FJ961 is wheels-up at 4:30pm in Nadi – also on Mondays and Fridays – landing at 8:30pm in Adelaide that same day.

“Fiji has always been a hugely popular destination with South Australian travellers, and Fiji Airways’ new link will make it even more attractive,” said Adelaide Airport Managing Director Mark Young.

“This creates another one-stop connection with the US West Coast with the added bonus of being able to stopover in beautiful Fiji,” Young added.

In Adelaide, business class travellers will have access to the domestic Qantas Club lounge before immigration, while in Nadi, the Fiji Airways Tabua Lounge awaits.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn both points and status credits when travelling on Fiji Airways flights with an FJ flight number.
